利用全基因組重測序分析鹿茸重量相關(guān)基因

【摘要】:茸角是鹿科動物特有的器官,具有重要的生物學(xué)意義。鹿茸生長是一個復(fù)雜的生物代謝過程,其重量與遺傳因素有一定關(guān)聯(lián)。本研究對飼養(yǎng)條件基本一致的5個梅花鹿(Cervus nippon)群體進行調(diào)查,獲得高產(chǎn)和低產(chǎn)梅花鹿個體共100只,利用全基因組重測序分析這些個體與鹿茸重量相關(guān)的遺傳變異。結(jié)果表明,共得到94個與鹿茸重量可能相關(guān)的遺傳變異,其中有2個變異位點分別定位于OAS2和ALYREF/THOC4基因的外顯子區(qū),且ALYREF/THOC4基因在鹿茸中表達量很高。功能富集分析發(fā)現(xiàn),這些遺傳變異與鹿茸生長發(fā)育密切相關(guān),可作為潛在的鹿茸重量相關(guān)遺傳變異。本研究首次通過全基因組重測序直接篩選與鹿茸重量相關(guān)的遺傳變異,并分析關(guān)聯(lián)基因的生物學(xué)功能,對揭示鹿茸生長發(fā)育和鹿茸重量差異形成的遺傳機制具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Antlers is a unique Cervidae animal organ, has important biological significance. Antler growth is a complex process of biological metabolism, is related to its weight and genetic factors. In this study, 5 deer breeding conditions consistent (Cervus nippon) groups are investigated to obtain high yield and low yield of sika deer a total of 100. Analysis of these individuals associated with antler weight genetic variation by whole genome sequencing. The results show that there are 94 possible and antler weight related genetic variants, of which 2 mutation sites were located on OAS2 and ALYREF/THOC4 gene, and ALYREF/THOC4 gene in antler expression is very high. The function of enrichment the analysis found that the genetic variation and antler growth and development are closely related, can be used as a potential genetic variation of antler weight for the first time. In this study, whole genome sequencing directly through the heavy screen Selecting the genetic variation related to pilose antler weight and analyzing the biological function of related genes are important for revealing the genetic mechanism of pilose antler growth and antler weight difference.
