陸地棉油菜素內(nèi)酯信號(hào)基因GhBES1家族的鑒定及表達(dá)分析

【摘要】:BES1基因是植物激素油菜素內(nèi)酯信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過程中的重要轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,為了解陸地棉油菜素內(nèi)酯信號(hào)基因Gh BESI家族,通過對(duì)陸地棉異源四倍體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系TM-1基因組數(shù)據(jù)庫的全面分析和鑒定,獲得21個(gè)GhBES1基因,這些基因分布在不同的亞基因組,有9對(duì)基因在A亞組和D亞組上存在對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,AD亞組對(duì)應(yīng)基因序列一致性高于95%。根據(jù)進(jìn)化分析,21個(gè)GhBES1基因分為4個(gè)亞家族,除了亞家族Ⅲ,其他3個(gè)亞家族在擬南芥中均有對(duì)應(yīng)基因;除了亞家族Ⅳ基因和亞家族Ⅱ中GhBES1-1基因外,其他GhBES1基因均有2個(gè)外顯子。亞細(xì)胞定位結(jié)果表明,21個(gè)GhBES1蛋白主要定位到細(xì)胞核、細(xì)胞質(zhì)等部位,其中7對(duì)基因的蛋白亞細(xì)胞定位完全一致。GhBES1基因在根、莖、葉、頂端分生組織中均有表達(dá),但不同亞家族基因在不同組織中的表達(dá)水平存在差異。研究結(jié)果為棉花GhBES1基因家族功能的深入研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:BES1 gene is an important transcription factor in the signal transduction of plant hormone Brassinolide. 21 GhBES1 genes were obtained by the analysis and identification of the TM-1 genome database of the standard allotetraploid lines of Upland cotton, and these genes were distributed in different subgenomes. There were 9 pairs of genes corresponding to subgroup A and D. The sequence consistency of AD subgroup was higher than that of 95 pairs.
