【摘要】：正能使雞體型表現(xiàn)矮小的基因一般可分為兩類:一類位于常染色體上,如半致死基因cp和cdw,cp能引起軟骨發(fā)育不正常,而cdw能使甲狀腺機(jī)能衰退;另一類位于性染色體上,即顯性伴性矮小基因(如"Z"基因)和隱性伴性矮小基因(dw)~([1])。雞性連鎖矮小基因(sex-linked dwarf gene,dw基因)是現(xiàn)已發(fā)現(xiàn)的8種矮小基因中唯一能夠使雞體型矮小同時(shí)對(duì)雞體
[Abstract]:Genes that can dwarf chicken somatotypes are generally classified into two categories: one is located on the autosomes, such as the semi-lethal genes CP and cdwlcp, which cause cartilage dysplasia, while cdw causes thyroid dysfunction, and the other is located on the sex chromosome. [1] [1]. Sex-linked dwarf gene dw is the only one of the eight dwarf genes that have been found to be able to make the chicken short and small at the same time.
