【摘要】:【目的】烴類滲漏是地球化學(xué)循環(huán)中的自然垂直運(yùn)移現(xiàn)象。油氣微生物勘探技術(shù)就是通過檢測(cè)油氣微生物在烴類滲漏條件下形成的異常特征進(jìn)而預(yù)測(cè)下伏油氣藏。然而,上浮烴類比重小,使得油氣微生物豐度小,缺乏對(duì)油氣藏地表烴類與油氣微生物的深入認(rèn)識(shí)!痉椒ā勘狙芯吭谌斯つM環(huán)境下,采用培養(yǎng)法和定量PCR對(duì)油氣微生物數(shù)量和油氣功能基因的變化特征進(jìn)行研究!窘Y(jié)果】人工模擬的不同滲漏環(huán)境,在一定的馴化培養(yǎng)周期下分別考察甲烷氧化菌和丁烷氧化菌數(shù)量變化特征,甲烷氧化菌與丁烷氧化菌在不同烴源中呈現(xiàn)不同的發(fā)育情況;同時(shí),在氣態(tài)烴高濃度陽性對(duì)照和微滲漏條件下,油氣指示基因pmo A與bom X基因豐度呈現(xiàn)增長(zhǎng)現(xiàn)象,然而經(jīng)過吹脫實(shí)驗(yàn)基因豐度仍能指示出曾經(jīng)發(fā)育的油氣微生物,在油氣微生物勘探檢測(cè)分析時(shí)間尺度上精度高于數(shù)量水平的檢測(cè)!窘Y(jié)論】本研究考察了土壤中油氣微生物的數(shù)量和功能基因變化特征,為烴類滲漏與油氣微生物之間的相關(guān)性研究奠定了基礎(chǔ),為油氣微生物勘探提供直接實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:[Objective] is a natural phenomenon of vertical migration of hydrocarbon seepage in geochemical cycle. The abnormal characteristics of microbial prospecting of oil and gas is through the detection of microorganisms in oil and gas hydrocarbon seepage conditions forming and predict underlying oil and gas reservoirs. However, the proportion of small floating hydrocarbon, the microbial oil and gas abundance is small, the lack of in-depth understanding of air microorganism oil and gas reservoir and surface hydrocarbon oil. [method] this study in the artificial environment, the culture changes of microbial oil and gas and oil and gas quantity of functional genes and quantitative PCR study.
