【摘要】：目的分析MDR1C3435T基因多態(tài)性與胃潰瘍患者治療的相關(guān)性。方法回顧性分析2010年10月至2015年10月來我院就診的胃潰瘍患者共80名,其中Hp陽性患者47例,另選取80例健康體檢者作為對照組,測定兩組入選對象MDR1C3435T基因多態(tài)性,比較不同基因型胃潰瘍患者治療后Hp陽性率和耐藥率。結(jié)果觀察組(Hp陽性)患者3435TT基因型頻率和T等位基因頻率均明顯高于觀察組(Hp陰性)和對照組(P0.05);觀察組(Hp陰性)患者3435TT基因型頻率和T等位基因頻率亦均明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。治療后3435TT基因型患者Hp陽性率和耐藥率均明顯高于C3435T和CC3435基因型患者(P0.05)。結(jié)論 MDR1C3435T基因多態(tài)性與胃潰瘍患者的治療具有相關(guān)性,3435TT基因型患者較難根除Hp,耐藥性較強。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between the polymorphism of MDR1C3435T gene and the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods from October 2010 to October 2015, there were 80 patients with gastric ulcer, 47 of whom were HP positive. In addition, 80 healthy persons were selected as control group, and the polymorphism of MDR1C3435T gene was measured in the two groups. Results the frequency of 3435TT genotype and T allele in patients with different genotypes of gastric ulcer after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.05). The frequency of 3435TT genotype and T allele were significantly higher in patients with 3435TT than those in control group (P 0.05). The HP positive rate and drug resistance rate in patients with 3435TT genotype after treatment were significantly higher than those in patients with C3435T and CC3435 genotypes (P 0.05). Conclusion the polymorphism of MDR1C3435T gene in patients with C3435TT genotype is higher than that in patients with C3435T genotype and CC3435 genotype. The treatment of gastric ulcer patients is more difficult to eradicate HpT and drug resistance is stronger in the patients with allele 3435TT genotype.
