8株鴿源新城疫病毒廣西分離株HN基因的遺傳進(jìn)化分析

【摘要】:應(yīng)用RT-PCR方法對分離自廣西不同鴿場的8株鴿源NDV廣西分離株HN基因進(jìn)行擴(kuò)增、序列測定和分析,旨在探討廣西鴿源NDV HN基因的分子進(jìn)化特點(diǎn),為科學(xué)防控鴿源新城疫提供依據(jù)。結(jié)果顯示,8株鴿源NDV廣西分離株HN基因的ORF全長均為1 716 bp,編碼571個(gè)氨基酸,屬于強(qiáng)毒的C群,符合強(qiáng)毒株的基因長度特征。核苷酸同源性比較顯示,8株鴿源NDV分離株與NDV基因Ⅵ型中的Ⅵb亞型同源性最高,為90.4%~99.5%。遺傳進(jìn)化分析顯示,8株鴿源NDV廣西分離毒株與我國2011-2013年廣西、廣東、吉林、遼寧、云南、黑龍江等地鴿源NDV分離株的遺傳關(guān)系較為接近,位于同一進(jìn)化樹分支上,初步推測8株鴿源NDV廣西分離株應(yīng)屬于classⅡ基因Ⅵb亞型NDV。
[Abstract]:The HN gene of eight pigeon NDV isolates from different pigeon farms in Guangxi was amplified, sequenced and analyzed by RT-PCR method, in order to explore the molecular evolution characteristics of NDV HN gene in Guangxi pigeon. The results showed that the ORF length of HN gene of 8 pigeon NDV strains isolated from Guangxi was 1 716 BP, encoding 571 amino acids, and belonged to group C of strong virus.
