荔波瑤山雞POU1F1基因多態(tài)性與繁殖性狀的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:【目的】為探明荔波瑤山雞POU1F1基因多態(tài)性與繁殖性狀的關(guān)系,為荔波瑤山雞的選擇性育種提供參考!痉椒ā酷槍(duì)POU1F1基因設(shè)計(jì)6對(duì)引物,采用PCR測(cè)序法篩選出多態(tài)位點(diǎn),并利用荔波瑤山雞母系60個(gè)個(gè)體進(jìn)行繁殖性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)分析!窘Y(jié)果】荔波瑤山雞POU1F1基因有8個(gè)多態(tài)位點(diǎn),其中POU1F1基因58(A→G)與300日齡產(chǎn)蛋量、首次就巢日齡、300日齡就巢次數(shù)均呈顯著或極顯著相關(guān)(P0.05或P0.01);65(T→C)與300日齡產(chǎn)蛋量、首次就巢日齡、300日齡就巢次數(shù)呈顯著相關(guān)(P0.05);11041(T→C)與300日齡產(chǎn)蛋量、首次就巢持續(xù)時(shí)間、首次就巢至重新開(kāi)產(chǎn)間隔均呈顯著或極顯著相關(guān)(P0.05或P0.01)!窘Y(jié)論】POU1F1基因58(A→G)和65(T→C)可作為300日齡產(chǎn)蛋量、首次就巢日齡和300日齡就巢次數(shù)的輔助選擇標(biāo)記;11041(T→C)可作為300日齡產(chǎn)蛋量、首次就巢持續(xù)時(shí)間、首次就巢至重新開(kāi)產(chǎn)間隔的輔助選擇標(biāo)記。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the relationship between POU1F1 gene polymorphism and reproductive traits in Libo Yao Shan Chicken, and to provide reference for selective breeding of Libo Yao Chicken. [methods] six pairs of primers were designed for POU1F1 gene, and polymorphic loci were screened by PCR sequencing. The reproductive traits of Libo Yaoshan Chicken were analyzed by association analysis of 60 individuals. [results] there were 8 polymorphic loci in the POU1F1 gene of Libo Yaoshan Chicken, among which POU1F1 gene 58A. 鈫扜) was significantly or extremely significantly correlated with egg production at 300 days of age and the number of nests at 300 days of age for the first time (P 0.05 or P 0.01). 鈫扖) was significantly correlated with the number of eggs laid at 300 days of age and the number of nests at 300 days of age for the first time (P0.05 / 11041T). 鈫扖) was significantly correlated with egg production at 300 days of age, first nest duration, first nest to reopening interval (P0.05 or P0.01A). [conclusion] POU1F1 gene 58A. 鈫扜) and 65T. 鈫扖) can be used as an auxiliary selection marker for egg production at 300 days of age, and for the first time, 11041T for the number of nests at the age of 300 days. 鈫扖) can be used as an auxiliary selection marker for egg production at 300 days of age, for the first time for the duration of the nest, and for the first time from the nest to the reopening interval.
