大豆木質(zhì)素相關(guān)基因Glyma06g28890基因功能預(yù)測及表達(dá)分析

【摘要】:擬南芥At PRXs基因家族屬于過氧化物酶類,在植物木質(zhì)素形成過程中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。本研究對ATPRX在大豆中的同源基因Glyma06g28890進(jìn)行基因結(jié)構(gòu)功能預(yù)測和表達(dá)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了Glyma06g28890和At PRXs相同,具有一個保守的Plant peroxidase結(jié)構(gòu)域,并且與ATPRX25具有最高的相似度;通過啟動子順式作用元件統(tǒng)計,發(fā)現(xiàn)在基因啟動子序列中含有厭氧誘導(dǎo)調(diào)節(jié)、激素響應(yīng)、分生組織表達(dá)以及植物防御相關(guān)的元件。Glyma06g28890在大豆的組織特異性表達(dá)分析結(jié)果表明,它在植物內(nèi)木質(zhì)素廣泛分布的組織內(nèi),如根和莖內(nèi)都有較高水平的表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:The at PRXs gene family of Arabidopsis thaliana belongs to peroxidase and plays an important role in the formation of plant lignin. In this study, the gene structure and function of homologous gene Glyma06g28890 of ATPRX in soybean were predicted and expressed. It was found that Glyma06g28890 and at PRXs share the same Plant peroxidase domain and have the highest similarity with ATPRX25. Through the statistics of cis-acting elements of promoter, it is found that the promoter sequence contains anaerobic-induced regulation and hormone response. The results of tissue specific expression analysis of Glyma06g28890 in soybean showed that Glyma06g28890 had a high level of expression in the tissue where lignin was widely distributed in plants, such as roots and stems.
