碭山酥梨TCP基因家族全基因組鑒定與分析

【摘要】:TCP蛋白是植物特有的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族之一,在植物生長和發(fā)育等多個(gè)過程起到重要作用。本研究利用生物信息學(xué)方法對(duì)碭山酥梨TCP基因家族成員、染色體定位、進(jìn)化分析、亞組分類、保守域結(jié)構(gòu)和保守元件進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果顯示,梨TCP基因家族含有34個(gè)成員;進(jìn)化分析表明,根據(jù)進(jìn)化樹拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)將其分為兩類:ClassⅠ和ClassⅡ,其中ClassⅡ可被分為CYC/TB1和CIN兩個(gè)小組。結(jié)構(gòu)域分析表明,梨TCP基因家族TCP結(jié)構(gòu)域高度保守;保守元件分析表明,梨TCP基因家族包含5個(gè)保守元件:元件1是TCP保守域;元件2為R結(jié)構(gòu)域,元件3、4和5為功能尚未鑒定的結(jié)構(gòu)域,所有梨TCP蛋白都含有元件1,ClassⅡ組中CYC/TB1小組包含特異元件2。以上結(jié)果將為今后揭示梨TCP基因的功能提供重要的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:TCP protein is one of the plant specific transcription factor families, which plays an important role in plant growth and development. In this study, TCP gene family members, chromosomal location and evolutionary analysis of Dangshan pear were studied by bioinformatics. The subgroup classification, conserved domain structure and conservative elements were analyzed.
