非病毒基因治療在口腔頜骨缺損中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:利用GBR技術(shù)修復(fù)口腔內(nèi)骨缺損是目前臨床常用的方法,但骨移植材料單獨應(yīng)用時其誘導(dǎo)成骨性能尚不能滿足所有臨床要求;蛑委熓菍⒒騻魉椭寥睋p位點促進骨生成的一種組織工程學(xué)治療技術(shù),按傳送方式不同分為病毒載體和非病毒載體基因治療,其中非病毒載體基因治療利用非病毒載體復(fù)合物轉(zhuǎn)染目標(biāo)細(xì)胞促進其表達成骨蛋白。本文就非病毒載體基因治療載體的選擇,載體復(fù)合物的轉(zhuǎn)染,傳送工具以及向臨床轉(zhuǎn)換情況等做一綜述。
[Abstract]:It is a common clinical method to repair oral bone defect by using GBR technique. However, the osteogenic properties of bone grafts can not meet all the clinical requirements when they are used alone. Gene therapy is a kind of tissue engineering therapy which can transfer genes to defect sites to promote bone formation. It can be divided into viral vector and non-viral vector gene therapy according to the transmission mode. Non-viral vector gene therapy was used to transfect the target cells to promote the expression of osteogenic protein. In this paper, the selection of non-viral vector gene therapy vector, the transfection of vector complex, Transmission tools and the status of conversion to the clinic are reviewed.
