緩激肽B2受體基因多態(tài)性與骨關(guān)節(jié)炎相關(guān)性的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:緩激肽作為一種炎癥遞質(zhì)在炎癥的發(fā)生發(fā)展中起著重要的作用,緩激肽B2受體(BDKRB2)則介導(dǎo)了大多數(shù)緩激肽引起的炎癥反應(yīng),并且廣泛存在于包括關(guān)節(jié)組織在內(nèi)的各類(lèi)組織中,近年來(lái)的研究逐漸表明BDKRB2基因的多態(tài)性與骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎(OA)的發(fā)病有一定的相關(guān)性。文章就國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于BDKRB2基因多態(tài)性對(duì)OA的易感性和嚴(yán)重程度影響以及對(duì)OA發(fā)生發(fā)展中的相關(guān)產(chǎn)物的表達(dá)的影響的研究進(jìn)行綜述,進(jìn)一步完善OA的發(fā)病機(jī)制,為OA的治療提供新的靶點(diǎn)和理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Bradykinin as an inflammatory transmitter plays an important role in the occurrence and development of inflammation, and bradykinin B2 receptor BDKRB2 mediates the inflammation induced by most bradykinins. And widely exist in all kinds of tissues, including joint tissue. Recent studies have gradually shown that the polymorphism of BDKRB2 gene is associated with osteoarthritis. This article studies on the influence of BDKRB2 gene polymorphism on the susceptibility and severity of OA, and on the expression of related products in the pathogenesis and development of OA. Summary. Further improve the pathogenesis of OA and provide a new target and theoretical basis for the treatment of OA.
