c-myc蛋白表達(dá)水平與c-myc基因易位相關(guān)性分析及其臨床應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的探討c-myc蛋白表達(dá)與c-myc基因易位的相關(guān)性,旨在尋找適用于臨床c-myc蛋白的界定值,以有效判斷c-myc基因易位狀態(tài)。方法采用免疫組化法與熒光原位雜交(fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)法檢測293例彌漫大B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)中c-myc蛋白表達(dá)水平與c-myc基因易位狀態(tài),分析兩者的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 293例DLBCL中,30例(10.2%)發(fā)生c-myc基因易位,其中29例c-myc蛋白陽性細(xì)胞百分率40%,1例c-myc蛋白陽性細(xì)胞百分率為40%,而c-myc蛋白陽性細(xì)胞百分率40%者均未發(fā)生c-myc基因易位。隨著c-myc蛋白表達(dá)水平的升高,c-myc基因易位的發(fā)生率也隨之升高。結(jié)論 c-myc蛋白高表達(dá)與c-myc基因易位密切相關(guān)。c-myc蛋白可用于DLBCL中c-myc基因易位的篩選,建議對(duì)c-myc蛋白陽性細(xì)胞百分率40%者行FISH檢測以進(jìn)一步明確有無c-myc基因易位。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the correlation between c-myc protein expression and c-myc gene translocation in order to find a suitable value for clinical c-myc protein. Methods Immunohistochemical method and fluorescence in situ hybridization in situ hybridization were used to determine the translocation status of c-myc gene. The diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was detected by fish in 293 cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The expression level of c-myc protein and the translocation status of c-myc gene in DLBCLs were analyzed. Results the correlation between c-myc protein expression and c-myc gene translocation was analyzed in 293 cases of DLBCL. The percentage of c-myc protein positive cells in 29 cases was 40%. The percentage of c-myc protein positive cells in 1 case was 40%. The percentage of c-myc protein positive cells was 40% and no c-myc gene translocation occurred. The expression level of c-myc protein increased with the increase of c-myc protein expression. The incidence of c-myc gene translocation also increased. Conclusion. The high expression of c-myc protein is closely related to c-myc gene translocation. C-myc protein can be used to screen c-myc gene translocation in DLBCL. It was suggested that the percentage of c-myc protein positive cells should be detected by FISH in order to determine the translocation of c-myc gene.
