【摘要】：WRKY轉(zhuǎn)錄因子是一類重要的調(diào)控分子,在高等植物中以基因家族的形式存在。本研究以甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)基因組數(shù)據(jù)為材料,利用生物信息學(xué)手段對WRKY轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族成員、系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化、基因分類、保守基序(motif)的保守性進(jìn)行預(yù)測和分析。研究表明,甜瓜WRKY家族包含61個基因,其中13個含有2個WRKY結(jié)構(gòu)域和C_2H_2鋅指型結(jié)構(gòu)歸為第Ⅰ類,43個含有1個WRKY結(jié)構(gòu)域和C_2H_2鋅指型結(jié)構(gòu)的歸為第Ⅱ類,5個含有1個WRKY結(jié)構(gòu)域和C2HC鋅指型結(jié)構(gòu)的歸為第Ⅲ類。
[Abstract]:WRKY transcription factors are a kind of important regulatory molecules, which exist in the form of gene family in higher plants. In this study, the genomic data of Cucumis melo L.were used as materials. Bioinformatics was used to predict and analyze the conservatism of WRKY transcription factor family members, phylogeny, gene classification and conserved motif. The WRKY family of muskmelon contains 61 genes, of which 13 contain two WRKY domains and the zinc finger structure of Cs _ 2H _ 2S _ 2 is classified into class 鈪，
