microRNA-296-5p靶基因的預(yù)測及在肺發(fā)育中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的對(duì)rno-micro RNA-296-5p(mi R-296)靶基因預(yù)測并進(jìn)行相關(guān)生物信息學(xué)分析,為深入研究mi R-296與胎肺發(fā)育相關(guān)的生物學(xué)功能提供理論依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用Pub Med、Google等信息搜索工具檢索mi R-296的現(xiàn)有研究,并通過mi RBase獲取其序列特征以及進(jìn)化的保守性;利用Target Scan數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行mi R-296的靶基因預(yù)測;并利用DAVID Bioinformatics Resources 6.8數(shù)據(jù)庫對(duì)靶基因進(jìn)行功能富集分析;利用KEGG數(shù)據(jù)庫對(duì)靶基因進(jìn)行信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路分析。結(jié)果已有的文獻(xiàn)表明mi R-296在許多生物學(xué)過程中發(fā)揮重要作用,序列在多物種間高度保守。mi R-296調(diào)控的靶基因參與分子功能、細(xì)胞組分和生物學(xué)過程等方面,靶基因集合的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路顯著富集于MAPK信號(hào)通路、Wnt信號(hào)通路、TGF-β信號(hào)通路等(均P0.05)。結(jié)論通過對(duì)mi R-296靶基因的生物信息學(xué)分析,為研究mi R-296在肺發(fā)育中的作用提供了功能與機(jī)制的線索。
[Abstract]:Objective to predict the target gene of rno-micro RNA-296-5p(mi R-296 and analyze the related bioinformatics. To provide theoretical basis for the further study of biological function of miR-296 related to fetal lung development. Methods Pub Med was used. Google and other information search tools retrieve the existing research of mi R-296, and obtain its sequence characteristics and evolutionary conservatism by means of mi RBase. The target gene of miR-296 was predicted by Target Scan database. DAVID Bioinformatics Resources 6.8 database was used to analyze the functional enrichment of the target gene. KEGG database was used to analyze the signal transduction pathway of target gene. Results the results showed that miR-296 played an important role in many biological processes. The target genes regulated by .mi R-296 are involved in molecular function, cell composition and biological process. The signal transduction pathway of target gene assembly was significantly enriched in MAPK signaling pathway and Wnt signaling pathway. TGF- 尾 signaling pathway (P0.05). Conclusion the target gene of mi R-296 was analyzed by bioinformatics. It provides clues to the function and mechanism of miR-296 in lung development.
