【摘要】：目的:探討小腸黏膜吸收細(xì)胞異常凋亡對(duì)腎陽虛模型大鼠吸收功能的影響。方法:建立腎陽虛模型大鼠的基礎(chǔ)上分組及給藥,采用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)、電鏡及免疫組化法檢測(cè)小腸黏膜吸收細(xì)胞的凋亡及凋亡相關(guān)基因Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表達(dá)。結(jié)果:腎陽虛模型大鼠小腸黏膜吸收細(xì)胞的凋亡率較假手術(shù)組顯著升高(P0.01),出現(xiàn)凋亡細(xì)胞的特征性表現(xiàn),Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表達(dá)較假手術(shù)組顯著升高(P0.01),但Bcl-2蛋白的增加幅度遠(yuǎn)不如Bax蛋白的增加。參附湯組大鼠各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均明顯好轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論:小腸黏膜吸收細(xì)胞的過度凋亡是腎陽虛影響吸收功能的主要機(jī)制之一,參附湯可改善此病理改變。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of abnormal apoptosis of intestinal mucosal resorption cells on the absorption function of rats with kidney-yang deficiency model. The apoptosis and apoptosis-related gene Bcl-2 of intestinal mucosal resorption cells were detected by electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results: the apoptotic rate of intestinal mucosal resorption cells in rats with kidney-yang deficiency was significantly higher than that in sham operation group (P 0.01), and the characteristic expression of apoptotic cells was Bcl 2. The expression of Bax protein was significantly higher than that of sham operation group (P 0.01). However, the increase of Bcl-2 protein was far less than that of Bax protein. The indexes of Shenfu decoction group were improved obviously. Conclusion:. Excessive apoptosis of intestinal mucosal resorption cells is one of the main mechanisms of kidney-yang deficiency affecting absorption function. Shenfu decoction can improve this pathological change.
