【摘要】：目的探討內(nèi)脂素rs13237989和rs13224516基因多態(tài)性與廣東地區(qū)2型糖尿病的相關(guān)性。方法收集2013年1月至2014年12月廣州醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院收治新診斷為2型糖尿病患者181例為病例組,另選擇體檢中心健康者180例為對(duì)照組,比較兩組血清內(nèi)脂素rs13237989位點(diǎn)C和T基因型與rs13224516位點(diǎn)A和C基因型的分布頻率,并對(duì)病例組rs13237989和rs13224516位點(diǎn)不同基因型對(duì)應(yīng)的生化指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較,包括膽固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)。結(jié)果內(nèi)脂素rs13237989、rs13224516等位基因頻率分布符合遺傳定律,樣本具有群體代表性,兩個(gè)基因位點(diǎn)在兩組間的基因型多態(tài)性分布和等位基因頻率差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);Logistic回歸分析顯示,基因多態(tài)性與2型糖尿病無相關(guān)性(P0.05);病例組不同基因型攜帶者TG、CHOL、HDL-C、LDL-C水平差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論內(nèi)脂素rs13237989與rs13224516基因多態(tài)性與廣東地區(qū)2型糖尿病的發(fā)生無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation of visfatin rs13237989 and rs13224516 gene polymorphism with type 2 diabetes in Guangdong. A total of second newly diagnosed hospital were collected from January 2013 to December 2014 in Guangzhou Medical University for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus 181 cases and other 180 cases health examination center as control group, the frequency distribution between the two groups in serum visfatin rs13237989 loci C and T genotypes and rs13224516 loci A and C genotypes, compared the biochemical indexes and the cases of group rs13237989 and rs13224516 loci respectively, including cholesterol, triglycerides (CHOL) three (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). The results of visfatin rs13237989, rs13224516 allele frequency distribution accords with the law of inheritance, the sample has the group representative, two loci in the two groups of genotype polymorphism Cloth and allele frequencies were not significantly different (P0.05); Logistic regression analysis showed that there was no correlation between gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus (P0.05) patients with different genotype carriers; TG, CHOL, HDL-C, no statistically significant differences in the level of LDL-C (P0.05). The incidence of type 2 diabetes on visfatin rs13237989 and rs13224516 gene polymorphism in Guangdong area with no correlation.
