整形外科用摩擦焊純鈦/鎂合金螺釘?shù)牧W性能、腐蝕行為和生物相容性(英文)

在轉(zhuǎn)速為1100、1200和1300r/min條件下,通過旋轉(zhuǎn)摩擦焊將生物可降解鎂合金與商業(yè)純鈦異種焊接后加工成螺釘,研究異種接頭的性能。金相分析結(jié)果表明鈦/鎂合金接頭處連接較好。在鎂合金一側(cè)觀察到焊縫中心區(qū)(WCZ)、動態(tài)再結(jié)晶區(qū)(DRX)、熱力影響區(qū)(TMAZ)和局部變形區(qū)(PDZ)。在1300r/min轉(zhuǎn)速下制備的螺釘具有最高的拉伸強度和剪切強度,分別為173和103.2MPa。鈦/鎂合金異種摩擦焊接頭在含有Ti3Al的金屬間化合物區(qū)附近失效。由于晶粒細化(8.57μm)和鈦顆粒的影響,從鎂合金一側(cè)到焊縫區(qū),硬度值逐漸增大;而鈦一側(cè)的硬度值保持不變。浸泡實驗顯示鈦/鎂合金接頭的腐蝕速率高于純鈦與鎂合金的腐蝕速率。此外,1300 r/min轉(zhuǎn)速下制備的接頭由于其更好的耐腐蝕性能,顯示出更好的生物相容性和細胞活性(98.12%)。
