超高強(qiáng)度耐蝕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件銑削加工工藝研究

【摘要】:超高強(qiáng)度鋼一般指強(qiáng)度高于1400MPa并兼有適當(dāng)韌性的結(jié)構(gòu)鋼。在航空工業(yè)中主要用于制造受力構(gòu)件。隨著飛機(jī)性能的不斷改進(jìn),對(duì)其使用的結(jié)構(gòu)材料提出了越來(lái)越高的要求,只有綜合性能優(yōu)良的材料才能滿足所設(shè)計(jì)的要求。飛機(jī)起落架是飛機(jī)最重要的承力部件之一,其關(guān)鍵性承力構(gòu)件主要選用超高強(qiáng)度鋼進(jìn)行制造,超高強(qiáng)度鋼的高強(qiáng)度和高韌性使得它的加工相對(duì)于其他一般材料來(lái)說(shuō),加工較為困難,本論文選題針對(duì)一種新型的起落架超高強(qiáng)度耐蝕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件銑削參數(shù)及刀具進(jìn)行了研究。本文主要研究了超高強(qiáng)度耐蝕鋼的切削力及切削溫度,并研究了銑削過(guò)程中涂層硬質(zhì)合金刀具的磨損情況,最終結(jié)合上述研究的結(jié)果針對(duì)部分零件的典型結(jié)構(gòu),優(yōu)化了典型部位的切削參數(shù),有效提高了加工效率。
[Abstract]:Ultra-high strength steel generally refers to structural steel with strength higher than 1400MPa and proper toughness. It is mainly used to manufacture stress components in aviation industry. With the continuous improvement of aircraft performance, the structural materials used in aircraft have been put forward higher and higher requirements, only the materials with excellent comprehensive performance can meet the requirements of the design. Aircraft landing gear is one of the most important bearing components of aircraft. Its key bearing components are mainly made of ultra-high strength steel. The high strength and high toughness of ultra-high strength steel make it difficult to process compared with other general materials. In this paper, the milling parameters and cutting tools of a new type of ultra-high strength corrosion-resistant steel structure of landing gear are studied. In this paper, the cutting force and cutting temperature of ultra-high strength corrosion-resistant steel are studied, and the wear of coated cemented carbide tools during milling is studied. finally, according to the typical structure of some parts, the cutting parameters of typical parts are optimized and the machining efficiency is effectively improved.
