多階段熱處理對GH738合金組織和室溫硬度的影響

【摘要】:研究了GH738合金在固溶+穩(wěn)定化+時效處理的多階段熱處理過程中組織演化規(guī)律和相應的室溫硬度變化,構建了該合金組織演化的定性模型。結果表明,固溶溫度高于γ'相回溶溫度時,合金最終組織為連續(xù)晶界碳化物和尺寸均勻的γ'相;當固溶溫度低于γ'相回溶溫度時,在低穩(wěn)定化溫度下晶界碳化物成斷續(xù)、顆粒狀晶內(nèi)存在大、小兩種尺寸的γ'相。穩(wěn)定化處理制度為850℃×100 min時,合金可以獲得最大的室溫硬度。
[Abstract]:The microstructure evolution law and the corresponding room temperature hardness change of GH738 alloy during multi-stage heat treatment of solid solution stabilization aging treatment were studied, and the qualitative model of microstructure evolution of the alloy was constructed. The results show that when the solid solution temperature is higher than that of 緯 'phase, the final microstructure of the alloy is continuous grain boundary carbide and uniform size 緯' phase. When the solid solution temperature is lower than the 緯 'phase resolution temperature, the grain boundary carbides form intermittent at low stabilization temperature, and there are two kinds of 緯' phases in the granular grains. The maximum room temperature hardness of the alloy can be obtained when the stabilization treatment is 850 鈩,
