高強(qiáng)度22MnB5硼鋼板熱沖壓成形工藝研究

【摘要】:汽車車身輕量化是降低汽車能耗的有效措施之一。采用高強(qiáng)度鋼板制造汽車零部件,車身減重同時可提高碰撞安全性。高強(qiáng)度鋼板通常采用熱沖壓工藝,即在高溫下沖壓成形后在模具上進(jìn)行保壓淬火,最終獲得熱沖壓零件。本文以高強(qiáng)度22Mn B5硼鋼板和基于22Mn B5設(shè)計的Q-P鋼(以下統(tǒng)稱97#鋼)為研究對象,進(jìn)行熱沖壓實驗,選取合理工藝參數(shù),并設(shè)計用以對22Mn B5硼鋼板進(jìn)行熱沖壓的車門防撞梁零件的熱沖壓模具及其冷卻系統(tǒng),研究內(nèi)容結(jié)果如下:1優(yōu)化了熱沖壓工藝參數(shù):奧氏體化溫度950℃,奧氏體化時間5min,保壓時間60s。結(jié)果表明,在優(yōu)化后的工藝參數(shù)條件下,工件抗拉強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到1600MPa,延伸率為11±1%。相比于目前商用22Mn B5熱沖壓件,工件抗拉強(qiáng)度提高了100MPa左右,延伸率提高了3~5%。2.對97#鋼熱沖壓工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行選擇,在淬火過程中,在模具200℃下等溫處理5min,可獲得抗拉強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到1975MPa,延伸率為10.4%,強(qiáng)塑積達(dá)到20GPa·%的綜合性能優(yōu)異的工件。3.通過對汽車車門防撞梁零件特征分析,綜合熱沖壓模具設(shè)計要求,對車門防撞梁熱沖壓模具的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)(模具材料、凸凹模間隙、沖壓方向等)進(jìn)行了選擇,設(shè)計了車門防撞梁熱沖壓模具。4.通過多場耦合的數(shù)值模擬分析方法對車門防撞梁熱沖壓模具冷卻系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)果表明,冷卻管路距模具型面的間距H對模具、工件的冷卻效果的影響最大,其次為管路間距S,管路直徑D的影響程度最小。幾何參數(shù)的影響其本質(zhì)為:更多冷卻水均勻地靠近工件時,換熱效果越好。
