電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法測定鋁合金中鈹

【摘要】:使用鹽酸和硝酸溶解樣品,采用基體匹配法繪制校準曲線消除基體效應(yīng)的影響,選擇靈敏度高且不受共存元素影響的譜線Be 313.107nm作為分析線,建立了電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法(ICP-AES)測定鋁合金中鈹質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.000 05%~0.000 5%的分析方法。方法中鈹?shù)臋z出限為0.000 001 6%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))。鈹質(zhì)量濃度在0.002~0.020μg/mL范圍內(nèi),校準曲線的線性回歸方程為I=8.894×106ρ+1.747×105,相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.999 6。按照實驗方法測定鋁合金標準樣品中鈹,測定值與認定值一致,相對標準偏差(RSD,n=8)小于10%。
