油膜軸承巴氏合金ZChSnSb11-6襯套的蠕變壽命評估

【摘要】:針對油膜軸承使用過程中巴氏合金ZChSnSb11-6襯套的蠕變損傷問題,設(shè)計(jì)了蠕變試驗(yàn)設(shè)備并對ZChSnSb11-6進(jìn)行了蠕變試驗(yàn).利用試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分別建立了基于Dom理論和恒速理論的2個(gè)穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變本構(gòu)方程,通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了基于Dom理論的穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變本構(gòu)方程的計(jì)算精度較高,其相對誤差為1.52%;同時(shí),基于ZChSnSb11-6的穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變本構(gòu)方程建立了油膜軸承ZChSnSb11-6的蠕變壽命計(jì)算模型,以預(yù)測任意工況下軸承的使用壽命;測量了ZChSnSb11-6蠕變后的電阻率和硬度,分析了兩者的關(guān)系并建立了基于電阻率的ZChSnSb11-6蠕變壽命評估模型,提出了一種通過測量合金電阻率評估軸承使用壽命的方法.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the creep damage of ZChSnSb11-6 bushing in oil film bearing, the creep test equipment was designed and the creep test of ZChSnSb11-6 was carried out. Based on the experimental data, two steady-state creep constitutive equations based on Dom theory and constant velocity theory are established respectively. The experimental results show that the steady-state creep constitutive equation based on Dom theory has high calculation accuracy, and its relative error is 1.52%. At the same time, based on the steady-state creep constitutive equation of ZChSnSb11-6, the creep life calculation model of oil film bearing ZChSnSb11-6 is established to predict the service life of oil film bearing under any operating conditions. The resistivity and hardness after creep of ZChSnSb11-6 are measured, the relationship between them is analyzed, and the ZChSnSb11-6 creep life assessment model based on resistivity is established. A method for evaluating bearing service life by measuring resistivity of alloy is proposed.
