稀土釹對ZK20鎂合金鑄態(tài)組織和力學性能的影響

【摘要】:采用常規(guī)金相、XRD分析、SEM分析、常溫拉伸以及高溫壓縮實驗,研究了稀土Nd對低鋅的ZK20鎂合金鑄態(tài)組織和力學性能的影響及機理,分析了ZK20鎂合金中含Nd相的類型隨Nd含量的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明隨著釹含量的增多,ZK20鎂合金鑄態(tài)組織在枝晶間或晶界上出現(xiàn)了較多的合金相,且隨釹添加量的增多,合金中的Mg-Zn-Nd三元合金相數(shù)量不斷增多,其形態(tài)也由不連續(xù)的網(wǎng)狀逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥暾木W(wǎng)狀形態(tài),合金的斷裂方式由穿晶斷裂逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變成沿晶斷裂。
[Abstract]:The effect and mechanism of rare earth Nd on as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK20 magnesium alloy with low zinc content were studied by means of conventional metallography, XRD analysis, SEM analysis, room temperature tensile test and high temperature compression test. The variation of the type of Nd phase in ZK20 magnesium alloy with the content of Nd was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of neodymium content, more alloy phases appear in the as-cast microstructure of ZK20 magnesium alloy between dendrites or grain boundaries, and with the increase of neodymium content, the number of Mg-Zn-Nd ternary alloy phases in the alloy increases continuously. The morphology of the alloy gradually changed from discontinuous network to complete network, and the fracture mode of the alloy gradually changed from transgranular fracture to intergranular fracture.
