復(fù)合緩蝕劑對(duì)碳鋼腐蝕率的影響研究

【摘要】:目的研究異抗壞血酸鈉、六偏磷酸鈉、D-葡萄糖酸鈉和硫酸鋅的復(fù)配物在軟化水水質(zhì)中對(duì)碳鋼腐蝕率的影響。方法通過靜態(tài)掛片和旋轉(zhuǎn)掛片實(shí)驗(yàn),研究不同濃度、pH值、溫度等條件下,復(fù)合緩蝕劑對(duì)碳鋼腐蝕率的影響,對(duì)腐蝕機(jī)理進(jìn)行探討。結(jié)果在軟化水pH=10,緩蝕劑質(zhì)量濃度為150 mg/L,溫度為50℃的條件下,復(fù)合緩蝕劑對(duì)碳鋼有較好的緩蝕效果,靜態(tài)掛片實(shí)驗(yàn)中碳鋼的腐蝕率為0.0303mm/a,緩蝕率為86.31%;旋轉(zhuǎn)掛片實(shí)驗(yàn)中碳鋼的腐蝕率為0.0350 mm/a,緩蝕率為96.12%。結(jié)論在軟化水水質(zhì)中,碳鋼的腐蝕率隨著復(fù)合緩蝕劑投藥量、溶液pH值的增大而降低,隨著溫度的升高而增大。
