熱鍍鋅過(guò)程中鋅液流動(dòng)行為的數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:采用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)方法,對(duì)熱鍍鋅鋅鍋內(nèi)的鋅液流動(dòng)行為進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬研究。結(jié)果表明,鋅錠表面附近形成低溫鋅液區(qū)域,該區(qū)域的鋅液溫度比鋅鍋內(nèi)的鋅液平均溫度低5~10℃。鋅錠表面附近的低溫鋅液通過(guò)旋渦運(yùn)動(dòng)從鋅錠附近流向帶鋼和沉沒(méi)輥。而在鋅錠和帶鋼之間增加的鋅鍋擋板能夠有效阻擋低溫鋅液的流動(dòng)。
