一種基于能量守恒原理的數控車削能耗模型

【摘要】:根據機床系統的能量守恒原理,提出了一種數控車床加工過程能耗精確評估方法。參照機床系統的能量流分布,分離各能量分支的功耗,對各分支分別獨立建模,最終建立數控車床系統能耗與主軸轉速、進給量和材料去除率之間的函數關系。由于各分支系統建模的獨立性,使得能耗模型不僅適用于數控車床系統穩(wěn)定切削階段,也適用于穩(wěn)定的待機、空轉和空切階段。實驗結果顯示,車削過程能耗評估精度超過98%。在該方法的基礎上,進一步提出改進型的機床系統單位體積能耗模型。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of energy conservation of machine tool system, an accurate method for evaluating energy consumption in NC lathe machining process is presented. According to the energy flow distribution of the machine tool system, the power consumption of each energy branch is separated, and each branch is modeled independently. Finally, the functional relationship between the energy consumption of the CNC lathe system and the spindle speed, feed rate and material removal rate is established. Because of the independence of each branch system modeling, the energy consumption model is suitable not only for the stable cutting stage of the CNC lathe system, but also for the stable standby, idling and blanking stages. The experimental results show that the accuracy of energy consumption evaluation in turning process is over 98. On the basis of this method, an improved unit volume energy consumption model of machine tool system is proposed.
