添加微量TiC對(duì)鎢的性能與顯微組織的影響

【摘要】:為細(xì)化鎢晶粒,采用粉末冶金方法通過(guò)添加加量Ti C于鎢基體中制備W-Ti C合金,研究了微量Ti C的添加對(duì)鎢性能與顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)Ti C的添加量為1%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),燒結(jié)溫度為1890℃時(shí),W-Ti C合金具有最佳性能,其拉伸強(qiáng)度可達(dá)401 MPa,致密度為97.4%;添加的Ti C粉末以球狀二次相粒子形式分布于晶界和晶內(nèi),與純鎢相比,Ti C的添加有效地抑制了晶粒長(zhǎng)大,對(duì)鎢基體起到細(xì)晶強(qiáng)化與彌散強(qiáng)化作用。
