【摘要】:研究機(jī)械熱處理對(duì)新型亞穩(wěn)態(tài)β鈦生物合金顯微組織和電化學(xué)行為的影響。機(jī)械熱處理方法包括在β相轉(zhuǎn)變溫度下熱加工處理及在相同溫度固溶熱處理,經(jīng)不同冷卻速率冷卻后進(jìn)行時(shí)效處理。在不同的機(jī)械熱處理?xiàng)l件下獲得具不同空間分布和等軸/拉長(zhǎng)α和β相形貌的合金組織。這些合金組織具有不同的電化學(xué)性能。通過(guò)開(kāi)路電位和動(dòng)電位極化測(cè)試方法,測(cè)定合金在37℃Na Cl溶液(林格氏試劑)中的腐蝕行為。
[Abstract]:The effect of mechanical heat treatment on microstructure and electrochemical behavior of a new type of metastable 尾-titanium biomalloy was studied. The mechanical heat treatment includes hot working at 尾 phase transition temperature and solid solution heat treatment at the same temperature, and aging treatment after cooling at different cooling rates. The microstructure of the alloy with different spatial distribution and equiaxed / elongated 偽 and 尾 phase morphology was obtained under different mechanical heat treatment conditions.
