Fe-Cr-Mn-N非晶合金的機(jī)械合金化制備、退火處理與磁性能研究

【摘要】:寬過冷液相區(qū)的非晶合金是一種新材料,具有優(yōu)異的機(jī)械性能與獨(dú)特的功能特性,是國內(nèi)外材料科學(xué)與工程領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)問題之一。而Fe基非晶合金不但具有優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能,還具有優(yōu)異的軟磁性能,存在廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文以Fe60Cr15Mn10N15多元非晶合金為研究對象,采用XRD、SEM、DSC、VSM等研究了Fe60Cr15Mn10N15非晶合金的MA形成過程、非晶的退火轉(zhuǎn)變以及其磁性能。研究結(jié)果表明:采用MA經(jīng)40小時球磨可以制備Fe60Cr15Mn10N15非晶合金,其玻璃轉(zhuǎn)變溫度Tg=437℃,晶化溫度Tx=519℃過冷液相區(qū)寬度△Tx=82℃;延長球磨時間,非晶合金開始析出Cr2N晶體相;球磨過程中,粉體組織演變過程為:混合粉體→過飽和固溶體+Cr2N→非晶合金→非晶合金+Cr2N;熱力學(xué)計算表明Fe60Cr15Mn10N15多元非晶合金體系的化學(xué)混合焓ΔHchem=-0.24KJ/mol,非晶形成焓ΔHform=-6.610KJ/mol,說明該成分合金滿足形成非晶的熱力學(xué)條件;采用8%Mo元素替換Cr元素,球磨120h后,仍具有較強(qiáng)的Mo峰存在;采用7%B元素替換N元素,球磨120h,仍具有較強(qiáng)的Cr2N峰存在;Fe60Cr15Mn10N15非晶合金粉末差熱分析時,隨加熱速度的增加,其特征溫度均向高溫方向移動,具有明顯的動力學(xué)效應(yīng),擬合的Kissinger方程得出該非晶合金的表觀激活能分別為:Eg=117.75kJ/mol和Ex1=129.56kJ/mol;通過Losocka方程擬合得到Kauzmann溫度為Tk=127K;對Fe60Cr15Mn10N15非晶合金的等溫退火表明其晶化過程中組織演變過程為:非晶合金→非晶合金+Cr2N→α-Fe+Cr2N→α-Fe+CrN+Cr2N; Fe60Cr15Mn10N15合金體系在球磨過程中和不同溫度等溫退火后都呈現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的軟磁性能,兩者的軟磁性能變化都是隨著非晶含量的增加而提高,隨晶體相的增多而下降,全非晶態(tài)時Fe60Cr15Mn10N15綜合軟磁性能最優(yōu)。
