機電一體化設(shè)備材料304不銹鋼微觀組織和力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:以機電一體化設(shè)備材料304奧氏體不銹鋼為研究對象,對其在不同熱處理下的微觀組織和力學(xué)性能進行研究。結(jié)果表明:不銹鋼為單相奧氏體組織,基材晶粒粗大且其大小長短極其不均勻;經(jīng)過冷軋?zhí)幚?其微觀組織晶粒大小很不均勻,分布紊亂;700℃保溫5h退火處理,晶粒大小略微均勻;800℃時效2h,晶粒大小比較細小、均勻;隨著溫度升高,鐵素體相質(zhì)量分數(shù)下降,奧氏體相質(zhì)量分數(shù)逐漸升高;隨退火溫度升高和時效時間延長,不銹鋼顯微硬度和抗拉強度逐漸降低,適量縮短固溶時間可以提高不銹鋼的力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and mechanical properties of 304 austenitic stainless steel under different heat treatment were studied.
