氟改性和硅改性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂層的制備及環(huán)境行為

【摘要】:目的研究氟改性和硅改性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂層在不同環(huán)境中的失效行為。方法通過溶液聚合法制備具有一定羥基含量的丙烯酸酯樹脂,再將丙烯酸樹脂與多異腈酸酯固化劑配合,獲得丙烯酸聚氨酯涂層。通過在丙烯酸酯合成中引入含氟丙烯酸酯單體,制得氟改性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂層;通過在固化過程中引入氨基硅油,制得硅改性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂層。利用傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)分析涂層的化學(xué)組成。對涂層試樣進(jìn)行溫度環(huán)境實(shí)驗(yàn)(室溫和100,150℃)、濕熱環(huán)境實(shí)驗(yàn)和氙燈老化實(shí)驗(yàn),分析涂層疏水性、光澤度等表面特性的變化。結(jié)果氟、硅改性有效提高了涂層的疏水性。未改性、氟改性和硅改性三種涂層在100℃以下的環(huán)境中服役時,疏水性和光澤度比較穩(wěn)定。硅改性涂層在150℃的高溫環(huán)境中較未改性和氟改性涂層失效慢。濕熱環(huán)境對三種涂層的接觸角和光澤度等性能影響不大。氟改性涂層在氙燈老化環(huán)境中的失效程度較另外兩種涂層輕。結(jié)論氟改性涂層耐光老化性能較好,硅改性涂層耐溫性較好。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the failure behavior of fluorine-modified and silicon-modified acrylic polyurethane coatings in different environments. Methods Acrylate resin with certain hydroxyl content was prepared by solution polymerization. Acrylic polyurethane coating was obtained by blending acrylic resin with polyisonitrile ester curing agent. The fluorine-modified acrylic polyurethane coating was prepared by introducing fluorinated acrylate monomer into the synthesis of acrylic ester, and the silicon-modified acrylic polyurethane coating was prepared by introducing amino-silicone oil into the curing process. The chemical composition of the coating was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).
