S32760超級(jí)雙相不銹鋼中σ相的析出規(guī)律

【摘要】:利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、納米力學(xué)探針、掃描電鏡、能譜儀和透射電鏡等方法,研究了S32760超級(jí)雙相不銹鋼熱軋板材經(jīng)1100℃固溶60 min,并在760~1040℃保溫30 min過(guò)程中σ相的析出規(guī)律,分析了W元素對(duì)σ相析出行為的影響。結(jié)果表明,σ相中富集大量Cr、Mo和W元素,貧Ni且不含N。W提高了σ相在高溫區(qū)間的穩(wěn)定性,使σ相在760~1020℃的范圍內(nèi)均能析出。在析出鼻尖溫度880℃時(shí)效30 min后,鋼板硬度達(dá)最大值37.1 HRC,α相體積分?jǐn)?shù)降至5.3%。隨著時(shí)效溫度的升高,σ相的形貌變化規(guī)律為:粒狀→粒狀+短棒狀→片層狀→塊狀。在鼻尖溫度(880℃)附近,σ相和γ2相以片層共析形貌析出,而在高溫階段(如960℃)則呈現(xiàn)出γ2相被大塊σ相包圍的形貌。
