磷青銅薄板高速?zèng)_裁件沖裁斷面質(zhì)量分析與控制

【摘要】:高速精密沖壓技術(shù)是現(xiàn)代沖壓生產(chǎn)的先進(jìn)制造技術(shù),應(yīng)用其批量生產(chǎn)制品,具有高生產(chǎn)效率、高質(zhì)量、高一致性及節(jié)能降耗、節(jié)省人力、降低成本和確保安全生產(chǎn)等特點(diǎn),被廣泛應(yīng)用于電子通訊、電機(jī)電器、汽車和家電等產(chǎn)品技術(shù)生產(chǎn)中。薄板高速?zèng)_裁是高速精密沖壓技術(shù)的重要工序,而沖裁件斷面質(zhì)量是衡量沖裁件質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。鑒于目前對(duì)高速精密沖裁件斷面質(zhì)量成因及質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)的研究缺乏而影響實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,開展其相應(yīng)的研究具有重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文以工業(yè)中常用的磷青銅薄板的高速?zèng)_裁件為研究對(duì)象,基于板材沖裁變形機(jī)理,分析了高速精密沖裁工藝特點(diǎn)、總結(jié)了薄板高速?zèng)_裁的應(yīng)用及在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中存在的工藝問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法。通過(guò)Hopkinson試驗(yàn)研究了磷青銅薄板的動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能,獲得了其高速?zèng)_裁相似條件下的動(dòng)態(tài)本構(gòu)模型,通過(guò)比較分析研究傳統(tǒng)的材料斷裂準(zhǔn)則,給出了高速?zèng)_裁時(shí)材料的斷裂準(zhǔn)則,為對(duì)其進(jìn)行有限元仿真分析提供了必要條件。此外,利用有限元分析商用軟件Deform對(duì)高速?zèng)_裁過(guò)程中斷面形成進(jìn)行了有限元仿真分析,主要研究其特征區(qū)域變形時(shí)的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分布,裂紋萌生、擴(kuò)展直至斷裂過(guò)程,研究了沖裁速度、模具幾何參數(shù)、沖裁間隙等對(duì)沖裁件斷面質(zhì)量的影響規(guī)律,得出了高速?zèng)_裁與傳統(tǒng)沖裁件斷口形貌形成的異同點(diǎn),并提出了薄板高速?zèng)_裁斷面質(zhì)量控制的方法。依據(jù)C5210磷青銅薄板高速?zèng)_裁動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究及其沖裁過(guò)程有限元仿真分析研究結(jié)果,進(jìn)行了C5210磷青銅薄板高速?zèng)_裁試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果與模擬仿真結(jié)果的一致性較好,從而提出了薄板高速?zèng)_裁斷面質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn),即速度達(dá)到1000spm以上,沖裁間隙與料厚比為0.02,刃口圓角半徑與料厚比為0.2,能夠獲得理想的沖裁件斷面質(zhì)量。本文對(duì)薄板沖裁成形技術(shù)的研究和得出的相關(guān)結(jié)論可為實(shí)際的薄板高速?zèng)_裁生產(chǎn)提供參考依據(jù),同時(shí)也為后續(xù)的薄板高速?zèng)_裁機(jī)理及沖裁件質(zhì)量控制的更加深入研究奠定一定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:High-speed precision stamping technology is an advanced manufacturing technology in modern stamping production. It has the characteristics of high production efficiency, high quality, high consistency and energy saving, saving manpower, reducing cost and ensuring safe production, etc. Widely used in electronic communications, electrical machinery, automotive and household appliances and other products in the production of technology. High speed blanking of sheet metal is an important process of high speed precision stamping technology, and the section quality of blanking part is the key index to measure the quality of blanking parts. In view of the lack of research on the cause of section quality and quality control technology of high-speed and precision blanking parts at present, it is of great practical application value to carry out the corresponding research on the section quality and quality control technology of high speed precision blanking parts, which affects the actual production. In this paper, the high speed blanking parts of phosphor bronze sheet, which are commonly used in industry, are studied. Based on the deformation mechanism of sheet metal blanking, the characteristics of high speed precision blanking process are analyzed. The paper summarizes the application of high speed blanking of thin plate and the technological problems existing in practical application, and puts forward the research contents and methods of this paper. The dynamic mechanical properties of phosphor bronze sheet were studied by Hopkinson test, and the dynamic constitutive model under the similar condition of high speed blanking was obtained. By comparing and studying the traditional fracture criterion of materials, the fracture criterion of high speed blanking material was given. It provides the necessary condition for the finite element simulation analysis. In addition, the finite element analysis software Deform is used to simulate the section formation during high-speed blanking. The stress and strain distribution, crack initiation, propagation and fracture process during deformation in the characteristic region are studied. The effects of blanking speed, die geometric parameters and blanking clearance on the cross-section quality of blanking parts are studied. The differences and similarities between high-speed blanking and traditional blanking fractography are obtained. The quality control method of high-speed blanking section of thin plate is put forward. Based on the dynamic mechanical properties of high speed blanking of C5210 phosphor bronze sheet and the results of finite element simulation analysis of blanking process, the high speed blanking test of C5210 phosphorus bronze sheet was carried out. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results. The key points of quality control for high-speed blanking section of thin plate are put forward, that is, the speed is above 1000spm, the ratio of blanking clearance to material thickness is 0.02, the radius of cutting edge is 0.2, and the ratio of cutting edge radius to material thickness is 0.2. Can obtain the ideal blanking section quality. In this paper, the research of sheet metal blanking technology and the relevant conclusions can provide a reference for the actual sheet metal high-speed blanking production. At the same time, it also lays a foundation for further research on the mechanism of high speed blanking and the quality control of blanking parts.
