基于Autoform-Sigma的汽車頂蓋后橫梁沖壓工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:以汽車頂蓋后橫梁為研究對象,利用Autoform軟件對其進行沖壓數(shù)值模擬。根據(jù)首次模擬結果選擇開裂、起皺等缺陷位置附近的拉延筋系數(shù)及壓邊力為設計變量,利用Autoform-Sigma模塊對其沖壓工藝參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化。經(jīng)過123次迭代,當Sigma優(yōu)化收斂時,獲得了最優(yōu)模擬結果并確定了最優(yōu)沖壓工藝參數(shù)。最優(yōu)模擬結果表明,原開裂區(qū)域未出現(xiàn)開裂或存在破裂風險,且變形不充分的區(qū)域大幅減小,同時主應變和減薄率等指標大幅度下降。按優(yōu)化后的最優(yōu)沖壓工藝參數(shù)進行沖壓成形試驗,成形件未出現(xiàn)起皺、開裂缺陷,與數(shù)值模擬結果一致,驗證了沖壓工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化的正確性。
[Abstract]:Taking the rear beam of automobile roof as the research object, the stamping numerical simulation was carried out by using Autoform software. According to the results of the first simulation, the parameters of stamping process were optimized by Autoform-Sigma module, which were selected as design variables, such as the coefficient of drawing bar and the blank holding force near the location of crack and wrinkle. After 123 iterations, when Sigma converges, the optimal simulation results are obtained and the optimal stamping process parameters are determined. The optimal simulation results show that there is no cracking or risk of cracking in the original cracking area, and the area with insufficient deformation is greatly reduced, while the main strain and thinning rate are greatly reduced. According to the optimized stamping process parameters, the stamping test results show that the forming parts do not appear wrinkling and cracking defects, which is consistent with the numerical simulation results, and verifies the correctness of the stamping process parameters optimization.
