TC21鈦合金動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能和抗彈性能的研究

【摘要】:采用分離式霍普金森壓桿和終點(diǎn)彈道實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,研究了α+β區(qū)和β區(qū)鍛造的TC21鈦合金的動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能和抗彈性能。結(jié)果表明:在動(dòng)態(tài)壓縮試驗(yàn)條件下,α+β區(qū)鍛造的TC21鈦合金較之β區(qū)鍛造的TC21鈦合金具有更高的動(dòng)態(tài)強(qiáng)度,而β區(qū)鍛造的TC21鈦合金的臨界斷裂應(yīng)變更大,具有更好的動(dòng)態(tài)塑性變形能力;在12.7 mm穿甲彈侵徹條件下,無論是α+β區(qū)還是β區(qū)鍛造的TC21鈦合金靶板的抗彈性能均與TC4鈦合金靶板的抗彈性能相近,這可能是由于TC21鈦合金和TC4鈦合金靶板都易于發(fā)生絕熱剪切破壞所導(dǎo)致。α+β區(qū)鍛造的雙態(tài)組織靶板的損傷模式為塑性擴(kuò)孔導(dǎo)致的背部崩落破壞模式,β區(qū)鍛造的片層組織靶板的損傷模式為脆性破碎模式;2種組織靶板的失效破壞均為絕熱剪切帶和其誘發(fā)的裂紋所導(dǎo)致。
[Abstract]:The dynamic mechanical properties and elastic resistance of TC21 titanium alloy forged in 偽 尾 region and 尾 region were studied by using split Hopkinson pressure bar and end-point ballistic apparatus. The results show that the dynamic strength of 偽 尾 -region forged TC21 titanium alloy is higher than that of 尾 -region forged TC21 titanium alloy, and the critical fracture strain of 尾 -region forged TC21 titanium alloy is higher under dynamic compression test. Have better dynamic plastic deformation ability; Under the penetration condition of 12.7 mm armor piercing projectile, the elastic resistance of TC21 titanium alloy plate forged in 偽 尾 region or 尾 region is similar to that of TC4 titanium alloy target plate. This may be due to the adiabatic shear failure of both TC21 titanium alloy and TC4 titanium alloy target plate. The damage mode of 尾 -region forged lamellar target plate is brittle fracture mode. The failure of the two kinds of target plates is caused by adiabatic shear band and cracks induced by them.
