空氣流量對45鋼離子氧氮共滲的影響

【摘要】:首次采用空氣、氮氣和氫氣混合氣源對45鋼進行離子氧氮共滲,并研究空氣流量對滲速和組織性能的影響。采用金相顯微鏡、X射線衍射、電化學工作站對處理后的45鋼進行測試和分析。研究結(jié)果表明,在離子氧氮共滲過程中添加適量的空氣比傳統(tǒng)離子氧氮共滲有顯著的優(yōu)勢,其中空氣流量為0.2 L/min時獲得最佳滲層厚度與耐蝕性。溫度550℃、保溫4h工藝條件下,滲層厚度達到約60μm,是傳統(tǒng)離子滲氮的2倍以上;耐腐蝕性也比傳統(tǒng)離子滲氮有進一步提高。0.2 L/min的空氣流量得到的鐵氧化合物主要是Fe_3O_4,空氣流量≥0.4 L/min時,Fe_2O_3相增加,氮氧共滲效果變差。
[Abstract]:Air, nitrogen and hydrogen mixtures were used for the first time to study the effect of air flow rate on the microstructure and properties of 45 steel. The 45 steel after treatment was tested and analyzed by metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction and electrochemical workstation.
