硬質(zhì)合金表面Ti系涂層退除后的界面性能研究

【摘要】:采用電弧離子鍍技術(shù)(AIP)在YW2合金基體表面制備了TiAlN涂層,通過化學方法退除基體上的涂層,分析了硬質(zhì)合金表面退除涂層后和鍍覆涂層前成分和元素存在形態(tài)的變化。發(fā)現(xiàn)當樣品在30%H2O2、草酸鉀COOK(1.5mol·L-1)、緩蝕劑葡萄糖酸鈉GA和NaOH,VNaOH溶液∶V30%H2O2∶VCOOK溶液=1∶1∶1,45℃時,45min可以退除涂層,肉眼未觀察到基體表面受腐蝕。涂層退除后樣品表面光亮,呈現(xiàn)合金未鍍覆涂層前顏色。通過對退鍍后YW2基體和基體鍍覆涂層前的表面XPS定性及定量分析發(fā)現(xiàn),退除涂層后,基體表面W元素結(jié)合能和N元素主峰結(jié)合能與XPS結(jié)合能與參照表上對應(yīng)結(jié)合能變化很小,元素的價態(tài)沒有發(fā)生變化;鍍覆TiAlN涂層時擴散到合金淺表層的Al,Ti,N元素,造成表面Al,Ti,N元素含量較鍍覆涂層前增加,結(jié)合能位置偏移,形成AlN和TiN,有利于重新鍍覆的涂層與合金基體的結(jié)合。
