中溫壓力容器鋼12Cr2Mo1R的回火脆性

【摘要】:對(duì)中溫壓力容器鋼12Cr2Mo1R進(jìn)行最小模擬焊后熱處理,并應(yīng)用階梯冷卻實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)其焊后回火脆性進(jìn)行了評(píng)定和分析。結(jié)果表明,在-78~20℃內(nèi),試樣沖擊斷口形貌均為韌窩特征,沖擊功值高于54 J,中溫壓力容器鋼12Cr2Mo1R焊后具有優(yōu)良的抗回火脆性,這是因?yàn)槠浜琍極低,同時(shí)含有較高的Mo在一定程度上阻礙了P在晶界的偏聚。
