熱軋薄板等間距縱向條紋產(chǎn)生機制及控制策略

【摘要】:熱軋過程引入的帶鋼表面等間距縱向條紋缺陷,經(jīng)后工序酸洗、冷軋、連續(xù)退火等處理均無法徹底消除,嚴(yán)重影響成品表面質(zhì)量。通過全流程缺陷演變研究及工藝試驗,確認(rèn)了該缺陷是由熱軋精軋末機架工作輥輥面磨削螺旋紋在軋制過程中轉(zhuǎn)印至帶鋼表面所致。磨削過程中砂輪平面與軋輥輥面曲線的接觸匹配不當(dāng)、磨輥工藝參數(shù)不合適等因素會導(dǎo)致磨削螺旋紋的產(chǎn)生。通過優(yōu)化精軋工作輥CVC輥形及軋輥磨削參數(shù),徹底消除了軋輥表面磨削螺旋紋以及由此導(dǎo)致的熱軋薄板表面等間距縱向條紋缺陷。
[Abstract]:The defects of strip surface equal spacing longitudinal stripe introduced in hot rolling process can not be completely eliminated by acid pickling, cold rolling and continuous annealing, which seriously affect the surface quality of finished products. Through the research on the evolution of the defect in the whole process and the process test, it is confirmed that the defect is caused by the grinding of the helical grain of the work roll surface of the finishing stand of the hot rolling mill to the surface of the strip steel during the rolling process. In the grinding process, the contact between the grinding wheel plane and the roller surface curve is not matched properly, and the technological parameters of the grinding roller are not suitable, which will lead to the production of the grinding spiral grain. By optimizing the CVC roll shape and the grinding parameters of the finished work roll, the defects of the spiral grain grinding on the surface of the roll and the equal spacing longitudinal stripe on the surface of the hot rolled sheet are completely eliminated.
