濺射AlY涂層對不銹鋼熱腐蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:采用直流磁控濺射法在1Cr18Ni9Ti奧氏體不銹鋼表面制備Al Y涂層,并對部分涂層進行600℃真空擴散退火和預氧化處理,研究了不銹鋼和具有不同狀態(tài)Al Y涂層的不銹鋼的熱腐蝕行為。結果表明:不銹鋼以及涂層試樣的腐蝕動力學近似服從拋物線規(guī)律;24 h腐蝕后,不銹鋼試樣增重最大,涂層試樣增重比不銹鋼試樣小,三種涂層試樣中,增重從大到小依次是:未處理的涂層試樣、真空擴散退火試樣及預氧化試樣。不銹鋼在Na2SO4鹽膜下腐蝕24 h后,形成了以Cr2O3和Ni O為主,及少量Fe2O3的氧化膜;在不銹鋼表面濺射Al Y涂層并經(jīng)過適當?shù)念A處理,促進了表面Al2O3及Cr2O3保護膜的形成,抑制了基體金屬的氧化,提高了不銹鋼的熱腐蝕抗力。
