砂型鑄造用型砂熱物性參數(shù)的研究

【摘要】:利用數(shù)值模擬和試驗(yàn)的方法,研究了鑄造生產(chǎn)用型砂的熱物性參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:型砂與鑄件間距離對(duì)澆注后型砂溫度變化影響明顯;型砂導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)隨溫度升高呈現(xiàn)"V"形變化趨勢(shì),即當(dāng)型砂溫度低于400℃時(shí),型砂導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)下降,溫度高于400℃后,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)增加;而型砂的比熱則呈現(xiàn)隨溫度升高而升高的趨勢(shì),但溫度低于600℃時(shí),比熱明顯增加,當(dāng)溫度高于600℃時(shí),比熱增加緩慢。
