【摘要】：利用數(shù)值模擬和試驗的方法,研究了鑄造生產用型砂的熱物性參數(shù)。結果表明:型砂與鑄件間距離對澆注后型砂溫度變化影響明顯;型砂導熱系數(shù)隨溫度升高呈現(xiàn)"V"形變化趨勢,即當型砂溫度低于400℃時,型砂導熱系數(shù)下降,溫度高于400℃后,導熱系數(shù)增加;而型砂的比熱則呈現(xiàn)隨溫度升高而升高的趨勢,但溫度低于600℃時,比熱明顯增加,當溫度高于600℃時,比熱增加緩慢。
