熱等靜壓對(duì)單晶高溫合金組織和持久性能的影響

【摘要】:在高溫度梯度真空定向凝固爐中,采用螺旋選晶法制備了單晶高溫合金,再在1180℃/150 MPa條件下對(duì)其進(jìn)行熱等靜壓,然后進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱處理,研究了熱等靜壓對(duì)單晶高溫合金組織和不同條件下持久性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,合金熱等靜壓后,鑄態(tài)組織的共晶含量基本保持不變,γ′相尺寸增加,立方化程度增加,γ基體通道變寬。熱處理組織的γ′相尺寸稍有減小,立方化程度增加。在760℃/800 MPa和980℃/250 MPa條件下,合金的持久壽命增加;而在1100℃/140 MPa條件下,粒狀碳化物的析出導(dǎo)致持久壽命沒有提高,與未熱等靜壓的合金持平。
