回火溫度對(duì)S135鉆桿摩擦焊焊接接頭性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同回火溫度對(duì)S135鉆桿摩擦焊焊接接頭組織和性能的影響規(guī)律。采用極化曲線測(cè)試、拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)、硬度測(cè)試和示波沖擊測(cè)試等手段研究了S135鉆桿摩擦焊焊接接頭的耐蝕性、強(qiáng)度、硬度、韌性,并利用金相顯微鏡對(duì)焊接接頭的微觀組織進(jìn)行了觀察。結(jié)果表明:回火溫度對(duì)S135鉆桿摩擦焊焊接接頭組織和性能有較大的影響,隨著回火溫度的升高,強(qiáng)度、硬度降低,塑性和韌性增加。耐蝕性隨回火溫度的升高先增后減,在550℃達(dá)到最佳。本試驗(yàn)條件下的最佳回火溫度為550℃。
[Abstract]:The effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties of friction welded joint of S135 drill pipe was studied. The corrosion resistance, strength, hardness and toughness of friction welded joint of S135 drill pipe were studied by means of polarization curve test, tensile test, hardness test and oscillographic impact test. The microstructure of welded joints was observed by metallographic microscope. The results show that tempering temperature has a great influence on the microstructure and properties of friction welded joint of S135 drill pipe. With the increase of tempering temperature, the strength, hardness, plasticity and toughness increase. With the increase of tempering temperature, the corrosion resistance increased first and then decreased, and reached the best at 550 鈩,
