鈦-鋼爆炸復合板熱處理過程中的擴散行為及數(shù)學模型

【摘要】:利用光學顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀、俄歇電子能譜分析儀和拉剪實驗,研究了不同的熱處理加熱溫度和保溫時間對鈦-鋼爆炸復合板界面組織特征和性能的影響。熱處理溫度為750、850、950℃,保溫時間為30、60、120 min。結(jié)果表明:熱處理過程加速了組織轉(zhuǎn)變和界面元素擴散。界面元素擴散主要形成的化合物為Ti C和Ti-Fe金屬間化合物(Fe2Ti/Fe Ti)。隨著溫度的升高,界面擴散層厚度增加,復合板剪切強度下降。根據(jù)實驗數(shù)據(jù),提出了界面擴散層厚度和剪切強度與加熱溫度和保溫時間的函數(shù)關系。
