基于Yoshida-Uemori模型的TRIP800高強(qiáng)鋼回彈分析

【摘要】:利用自行研制的試驗(yàn)裝置進(jìn)行了TRIP800高強(qiáng)鋼的平面拉伸壓縮試驗(yàn),建立了TRIP800高強(qiáng)鋼Yoshida-Uemori(Y-U)硬化模型,并對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了U形件沖壓回彈分析,結(jié)果表明:基于Y-U材料硬化模型的U形件回彈比等向硬化模型具有更大的回彈值。
[Abstract]:The plane tensile compression test of TRIP800 high strength steel was carried out by using the self-made test device. The hardening model of TRIP800 high strength steel Yoshida-Uemori (Y-U) was established and verified. On this basis, the springback analysis of U-shaped parts is carried out. The results show that the springback of U-shaped parts based on Y-U material hardening model is greater than that of isotropic hardening model.
