2198鋁鋰合金對時效溫度敏感性及其析出行為

【摘要】:通過拉伸測試和透射電鏡分析,研究了不同時效溫度下2198鋁鋰合金組織和性能的變化。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):在峰時效之前的小溫度區(qū)間內(nèi),2198鋁鋰合金對時效溫度非常敏感,經(jīng)淬火變形后在150~170℃下時效14 h,隨溫度的升高,強化效果顯著增加,延伸率降低;觀察到的2198合金的析出相相主要是δ′、θ′、β′/δ′、T1、σ相。不同時效溫度下得到的析出相的種類和形貌不同,160℃以下時效,析出相以δ′、θ′、β′/δ′為主,160℃以上,以T1、σ相的為主,多種相復(fù)合強化。時效過程中析出相的種類和含量的變化是該合金力學(xué)性能對時效溫度敏感的本質(zhì)原因。
