奧氏體晶粒尺寸對(duì)工藝參數(shù)的靈敏度方程及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了便捷、準(zhǔn)確地確定工藝參數(shù)對(duì)奧氏體晶粒尺寸的影響規(guī)律,考慮熱加工工藝參數(shù)間的耦合關(guān)系,基于Hodgson再結(jié)晶模型建立奧氏體晶粒尺寸對(duì)工藝參數(shù)的靈敏度方程,探討工藝參數(shù)對(duì)奧氏體晶粒尺寸的影響.研究表明:在單道次熱加工過(guò)程中,變形速率、變形量、間隙時(shí)間、初始晶粒尺寸、間隙溫度和變形溫度靈敏度依次降低,工藝參數(shù)在不同的工藝過(guò)程中靈敏度不同;在多道次熱加工過(guò)程中,工藝參數(shù)的靈敏度還與工藝參數(shù)所在道次和總道次數(shù)有關(guān).H型鋼開(kāi)坯過(guò)程靈敏度分析結(jié)果表明,溫度和后兩個(gè)道次間隙時(shí)間是奧氏體晶粒尺寸的關(guān)鍵影響因素;降低溫度并縮短間隙時(shí)間可以將H型鋼開(kāi)坯后的奧氏體晶粒尺寸減小26.2%.
[Abstract]:In order to determine the influence of process parameters on the grain size of austenite accurately and to consider the coupling relationship between the parameters of hot working process, the sensitivity equation of grain size of austenite to process parameters was established based on Hodgson recrystallization model. The effect of process parameters on austenite grain size is discussed. The results show that the deformation rate, amount of deformation, gap time, initial grain size, gap temperature and temperature sensitivity of single pass hot working process decrease in turn, and the process parameters are different in different process. In the process of multi-pass hot working, the sensitivity of process parameters is also related to the number of passes and the total pass number of the process parameters. The temperature and the second pass gap time are the key factors affecting the austenite grain size, and decreasing the temperature and shortening the gap time can reduce the austenite grain size by 26.2.
