兩相區(qū)回火溫度對(duì)Mn-Mo系微合金鋼亞穩(wěn)奧氏體形成及力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:利用X射線衍射(XRD)、熱膨脹儀、電子背散射衍射(EBSD)研究了兩相區(qū)回火溫度對(duì)一種Mn-Mo系微合金鋼亞穩(wěn)奧氏體形成及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)兩相區(qū)回火溫度低于650℃時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的亞穩(wěn)奧氏體具有較好的穩(wěn)定性,其室溫下的體積分?jǐn)?shù)隨著兩相區(qū)回火溫度的升高逐漸增大;當(dāng)兩相區(qū)回火溫度高于650℃時(shí),亞穩(wěn)奧氏體的穩(wěn)定性顯著降低,在回火冷卻過(guò)程中,部分奧氏體轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?新鮮"馬氏體,室溫亞穩(wěn)奧氏體體積分?jǐn)?shù)隨兩相區(qū)回火溫度升高而逐漸降低。當(dāng)兩相區(qū)回火溫度為650℃時(shí),鋼中亞穩(wěn)奧氏體具有最佳的體積分?jǐn)?shù)和穩(wěn)定性配合。力學(xué)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)兩相區(qū)回火溫度為650℃時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的力學(xué)性能最佳,其屈服強(qiáng)度為748MPa,抗拉強(qiáng)度為813MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率為27.5%,-20℃和-100℃的沖擊功分別為217J和117J。
