3104鋁合金板材不同方向拉伸性能及斷裂特征的研究

【摘要】:對3104鋁合金冷軋板沿軋制方向0°、45°和90°三個(gè)方向進(jìn)行拉伸性能測試,觀察斷口形貌和顯微組織,并分析粗大第二相分布與拉伸方向之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,3104鋁合金冷軋板材的斷口為切變型韌窩斷裂特征,裂紋在粗大相自身斷裂分離處或者在粗大相尖端處萌生,并在剪切力作用下,以微孔聚合的方式擴(kuò)展。0°方向拉伸斷口韌窩深度最大,延伸率最大;90°方向拉伸斷口韌窩深度最小,延伸率最小;而45°方向拉伸斷口韌窩深度居中,延伸率也居中。粗大第二相長軸方向和拉伸方向之間的夾角越小,延伸率越大。
[Abstract]:The tensile properties of 3104 aluminum alloy cold-rolled sheet were measured along three directions: 0 擄, 45 擄and 90 擄, the fracture morphology and microstructure were observed, and the relationship between the coarse second phase distribution and the tensile direction was analyzed. The results show that the fracture surface of 3104 aluminum alloy cold rolled sheet is shear dimple fracture feature, crack initiation occurs at the fracture separation of coarse phase itself or at the tip of coarse phase, and under the action of shear force, the fracture surface of 3104 aluminum alloy cold rolled sheet is characterized by shear dimple fracture. The tensile fracture dimple depth is the largest in 0 擄direction, the elongation is the highest in 90 擄tensile fracture dimple, and the elongation is the smallest in 90 擄tensile fracture dimple, while the 45 擄tensile fracture dimple depth is in the middle and the elongation is also in the middle. The smaller the angle between the long axis direction and the tensile direction of the second phase, the greater the elongation.
